3. Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany; a data processing agreement (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. To ensure the security and stability of the website, the hosting provider creates server log files which contain the requesting IP address, date and time of the request, the requested URL, the referrer URL and the user agent string. These logs are stored for at most seven (7) days for the purpose of detecting and defending against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure web service).
5. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Local storage works similarly but is not transmitted with HTTP requests. SixtyBPM uses the following entries:
- metronome-settings (local storage, functional). Stores your preferred tempo, time signature, beat unit and sound. Contains no personal data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in remembering your preferences on the device).
- consent-state (local storage, strictly necessary). Stores your decision in the consent banner so you are not asked again on every visit. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (compliance with our documentation obligation under the GDPR / ePrivacy framework).
- Google AdSense cookies (only when you grant consent, see next section).
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Reset consent" link in the footer.
6. Google AdSense
When you grant consent, we display advertisements via Google AdSense. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). For this purpose Google sets cookies and similar identifiers, processes your IP address, device and browser information as well as cookie IDs, in order to deliver personalised and non-personalised ads, to limit ad frequency and to detect invalid traffic. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (your consent). Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and maintains the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer safeguard.
More information is available in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and the AdSense advertising settings at adssettings.google.com.
7. Consent Management Platform
We use a consent management workflow based on Google's Consent Mode v2. Until you provide consent, no AdSense cookies are set and the AdSense library is not loaded. Your decision is stored locally on your device for up to six months. You can revisit and change your decision at any time via the "Reset consent" link in the footer.
8. Data transfers to third countries
Where data is transferred to a third country (in particular the United States via Google AdSense), we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and on the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR) where applicable.
9. Storage duration
- Server log files: max. 7 days
- Consent decision (consent-state): up to 6 months
- Functional preferences (metronome-settings): until you clear your browser storage
- AdSense data: according to Google's retention policy
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy when our processing or the legal context changes. The most recent version is always available on this page; the date above indicates when it was last updated.
